Butter chicken

⦁ 4 chicken breasts
⦁ 1 onion
⦁ 2 cloves garlic
⦁ 3 cm fresh ginger
⦁ 1 tablespoon tomato paste
⦁ 1 tin (400 g) crushed tomatoes or 4 crushed tomatoes
⦁ 50 g cashew nuts
⦁ 50 g butter
⦁ 1 tablespoon coriander powder
⦁ 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
⦁ 1 teaspoon paprika
⦁ 4 teaspoons garam masala
⦁ 100 ml fresh cream
⦁ 1 lemon
⦁ salt, vegetable oil
Steps of the recipe
1: Cut the chicken into small strips and cover with the following ingredients: tomato sauce, half the crushed garlic, half the grated ginger, salt, 2 tablespoons. garam masala, juice of half a lemon. Reserve in the fridge.
2: In a pan, brown the chopped onion, the rest of the garlic and ginger and cook for 10 minutes, stirring so that it does not stick.
